1) Goto Run --> Type "Regedit"
2) Now Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Control Panel
3) Then Click on Desktop
4) On the right panel, Find the key "CursorBlinkRate"
5) Double Click on the key and set the value "5"
6) Close the Registry Editor And Restart Your computer
-> Note: Default Value of "CursorBlinkRate" = 200
