GMail Configuration
1. Login to your Gmail Account.
2. Click the Settings link at the top right corner
3.In the settings page click the link "Forwarding and POP"
4.In the POP Download area select either "Enable POP for all mail" or "Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on" according to your preference.
5.Under "When messages are accessed with POP" select the appropriate option. Click on the "Save changes" button after making the changes.
Outlook Express Configuration(Outlook Express 2003)
1. Open Outlook Express. Select Tools E-Mail Accounts
2.In the E-Mail Accounts window select Add a new E-Mail account and click Next.
3.In the Server Type select POP3 and click Next
4.Type in your Name in the User Information area
5. Type your full Gmail address under E-Mail Address.(Eg.test@gmail.com).
6. Type "pop.gmail.com" under Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP)
7. Enter "smtp.gmail.com" under Outgoing mail (SMTP) server
8. Type your Gmail Account name and Gmail password under Logon Information.
9.Click on More settings button.In the pop up window click on the advanced tab.
10. Make sure This server requires a secure connection (SSL) is checked under both Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3)11. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) box enter "465"(without quotes) and in the Incoming mail (POP3) box, enter "995" (without quotes).
