If you have Antivirus Installed in yours System then you can easyly remove Virus From Yours Anti Virus , You only have to Insert That Infected Pendrive into yours system , Rembember Before Inserting Infecting Pendrive in yours System Yours Anivirus Must Be Active.
Now Go To My computer >>> C:/ Drive >>> PenDrive Icon >>> Right Click >>> Now Chose yours Selected Antivirus to scan Pendrive ,Here i Use Quick Heal ,so i scan my pendrive with Quick Heal Scan.
By doing this you can easily Remove all antivirus installed in yours Pendrive
Note- Use Good AntiVirus while removing virus from yours Pendrive.
